At this time, we do not respond to DNT browser signals.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Photo & Video Release Policy
As part of your participation in our motorcycle tours, off-road training, and related events, RawHyde Adventures may photograph or film portions of the experience for use in our marketing and promotional materials.
By completing your booking and agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and consent to the following:
1. Use of Image, Voice & Likeness
You grant RawHyde Adventures the right to capture and use photos, videos, and audio recordings of you during the course of the event. This includes, but is not limited to, riding footage, group photos, action shots, and behind-the-scenes content.
Purpose of Use
These materials may be used for:
- Marketing on social media platforms
- Website and email campaigns
- Print and digital advertisements
- Promotional materials and event documentation
Ownership & Rights
All photographs, videos, and recordings are the property of RawHyde Adventures. You agree that your participation grants us unrestricted, royalty-free rights to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the materials in perpetuity.
No Compensation
You understand and agree that you will not receive compensation, recognition, or royalties for any use of your image or likeness.
Group Events Notice
During group tours and training events, it may not be possible to fully exclude individuals from media coverage. If you have specific concerns, please contact us prior to your scheduled event, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL RELEASE
BMW of North America, LLC. with its principal office at 300 Chestnut Ridge Road Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677 is producing an audio-visual film tentatively entitled (the film) containing film footage in which you perform, participate, are portrayed, portray a character, or otherwise appear.
You hereby expressly grant without restriction to BMW of North America, LLC its successors, assigns, agents, and licensees the irrevocable right and license, in perpetuity, throughout the world, in all means, methods, formats, or media, whether now existing or hereafter devised, to use, reproduce, record, transmit, broadcast, exploit, publicize, exhibit, depict, simulate, and portray your name, face, likeness, silhouette, personality, perform, photograph, biography, voice, and musical or other sound effects produced by you ("Likeness") in connection with the production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, copyright, promotion, or other exploitation of the film, any written or other audio-visual works based on the film, including without limitation a documentary on the making of the film, as well as any advertising of products or services.
You hereby acknowledge that BMW of North America, LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in and to the film, including, without limitation, the copyright therein and that BMW of North America, LLC may freely assign, license or otherwise transfer any and all of the rights it has in the film. You acknowledge and agree that for all purposes, including without limitation copyright purposes, the product of any services performed by you hereafter.
You hereby warrant that you have fully agreed to the terms of and have the capacity and every right to execute this release, and further warrant that the rights and licenses herein granted by you will in no way violate the rights of any other person or entity. You hereby release and agree to hold harmless and discharge BMW of North America, LLC, as well as its representatives, successors, designees, assigns, and licensees, from any and all claims, costs, residuals, royalties, damages, obligations, and/or liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out if, or in connection with, the permission, or rights granted by you herein.
You acknowledge and agree that BMW of North America, LLC shall have no obligation to use any materials produced involving you, Likeness, and that if used; your Likeness need not be recognizable. You acknowledge that BMW of North America, LLC is under no obligation to complete production once commenced or to actually release the film once completed. You acknowledge that you have read the above release prior to executing it and that you are familiar with its contents.
